Cooking With the Corleys

Wife, Mom of two littles and a lover of creating memories around the table. Just a home-cook making food for the people I love the most!

I love making seasonal cocktails, especially when hosting. We love making this Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule in the fall as it compliments so many of our fall food favorites. This drink is easy to whip up and will leave everyone happy! This is a perfect drink to pair with a fall appetizer.

I love making seasonal cocktails, especially when the weather starts to cool down and hosting season kicks in. There’s something about a cozy, fall-inspired drink that makes any gathering feel special — and this Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule has become one of my go-to recipes.

It’s crisp, slightly sweet, and has that perfect hint of spice from the ginger beer. The combination of apple and cranberry fits right in with all my favorite fall dishes, whether it’s a simple cheese board, roasted appetizers, or even a holiday spread. Plus, it’s super easy to make — no fancy equipment or mixology skills needed.

If you’re looking for a cocktail that feels festive without being difficult, this is it. It’s great for casual get-togethers, Friendsgiving, or just sipping at home on a cool evening.
